About this session
Differentiate without losing sight of your customers
One of the biggest challenges we see teams facing with differentiation is that their focus can heavily shift onto their competitors (and away from customers).
Differentiating from the competition does require an awareness of who that competition is and how you stand out in comparison to them.

An easy trap to fall into, however, is losing track of what matters to your customers along the way. In our work with large enterprises teams can sometimes assume that because their value proposition is unique from competitors that customers will resonate with it.

While we do want to differentiate our value propositions, we want to do it in an evidence-based way. We want to ensure that our differentiated value proposition addresses critical customer jobs, pains and gains.
To build on our library of 20+ playbooks and to share the “secrets” of how we help enterprises with this; we will be releasing a new playbook, Differentiate your Value Proposition, at the webinar.
