    • You build on your pre-work.
  3. Async applied work (≈3-4h)
    • You apply the concepts in your own context.
    • You gather evidence through interviews or more advanced experiments, depending on your context.
  4. Second workshop (5h) - June 12, 13:30–18:30 CEST
    • You share and synthesize what you learned.
    • We go deeper with advanced concepts for customer analysis and insight.
  5. Ask-us-anything session (60 min) - July 3, 15:00-16:00 CEST
    • One month later.
    • Live Q&A to address open questions and real-world challenges.

Do I need prior experience with Strategyzer methods to participate ?

You do not need prior experience with our tools to participate. The programme has been designed to be accessible for everyone, and each individual or team will be guided along the way.

Do you offer discounts for teams or groups?

What tools will I need during the workshops?

Here is the setup recommended for everyone joining:
