Train with your team

After running hundreds of Masterclasses and workshops we’ve seen what it takes for companies to see results.

The most successful implementations often start with a team. Even 3-5 teammates learning together can create a common language and momentum internally. Often we see these companies send more and more employees masterclass after masterclass.

Funding resources template

Over 60% of past participants have been reimbursed for their Masterclass ticket. While we can’t guarantee it, many companies provide employees reimbursement through a budget for continued learning. We have created an email template you can use to share the idea and get buy in from your manager.

These are the questions we get asked a lot

I have never done an online class. What am I getting exactly?

Our virtual master workshops are an experience, not just a Zoom call and slides. Our coaches have been delivering virtual workshops and training for years.

Connect directly with the creators of the global standard in strategic innovation tools like the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, and authors of 5 best-selling business books in over 40 languages worldwide.

Training can be boring, entertaining, or just make you sound smart. Our focus is applicability. What can you do when you get back to work to get 10x results and make your time worth it.

We do virtual differently.

  • Highly active, hands-on simulations: not just theory, you’ll go through real-world simulations and sharpen skills you can demonstrate back at work.
  • Real-world examples of all sizes: see how companies from Fortune 100 to fast growing SME’s have implemented our proven methodology.

How to earn people's buy-in for organisational change

WEBINAR
Jun. 9, 2025
4:00PM CET
1 hour

Most change initiatives fail because leaders push harder instead of pulling people in.

Join Alex Osterwalder, Tendayi Viki, and Carol Hill for a free session on how to earn the buy-in that makes organisational change actually stick.

Last year, a well-known technology company mandated a major change to how its workforce operates. Nearly half of its employees chose to resist rather than comply. The strategy was sound. The execution was forced. And the buy-in never came.

This pattern keeps showing up. Not because the changes are wrong. But because leaders default to pushing harder when what they need is a fundamentally different approach.

This session breaks down what the organisations that succeed at change actually do differently. Real patterns. Practical frameworks. No theory lecture.

At Strategyzer, we have delivered a number of organizational transformation initiatives, mostly around innovation. In almost every case, we have noticed a pattern. While most employees are neutral, there is always a strong vocal minority actively resisting change. There is also a strong group of early champions that are keen to participate.

This always creates a dilemma. How do you drive the change in these contexts?

One way is to push change through mandates. Most leaders prefer this option and when they face resistance their default is to push even harder.

What we have found is that relying on mandates creates temporary motion but not self-sustaining momentum. But there is a different way.

In this webinar, we break down what the organisations that get lasting buy-in do. We share practical frameworks to drive change without pushing people to comply.

We will show you how to build momentum through:

  1. Mapping your stakeholders
  2. Creating visible and valuable early wins
  3. Moving people from passive support to active champions

All this can be done by creating the conditions where people want to join, rather than feel forced to follow.

What you will gain

  • A process for mapping and scoring the momentum in your change initiative. You will learn how to read the early signals of fading momentum before the window to act closes.
  • A tool for mapping stakeholder buy-in. You will learn the difference between compliance and real buy-in (i.e. positive evaluation and active participation).
  • A framework for turning stakeholders into active champions. You will learn a practical approach improving stakeholders support and contribution.

Who should attend

Transformation and change leaders responsible for driving initiatives forward and tired of watching momentum fade after the first few months.

Strategy and innovation leaders who need their teams and stakeholders to move with them, not just agree in principle.

Programme and project leaders managing complex change across multiple teams or business units where alignment is fragile.

HR and L&D leaders tasked with making change stick at the people level, not just the process level.

Anyone leading a change that depends on other people choosing to participate. AI adoption, digital transformation, new ways of working, innovation programmes. If your initiative needs buy-in to succeed, this session is for you.

Why attend this webinar

This session is designed to deliver standalone value. You will leave with a sharper understanding of how buy-in actually works and practical ideas you can apply to your own situation immediately.

It is also a preview of the thinking behind the Enabling Organisational Change Through Momentum and Buy-In Applied Masterclass, led by Tendayi Viki.

The webinar shows you the toolbox. The masterclass gives you the process. Over three weeks, you will work on your own change initiative using tools like the Change Engine, the Buy-In Matrix, and the Momentum Scorecard. You will benchmark where your initiative stands, map your stakeholders, and build a concrete 90-day action plan.
