Train with your team

After running hundreds of Masterclasses and workshops we’ve seen what it takes for companies to see results.

The most successful implementations often start with a team. Even 3-5 teammates learning together can create a common language and momentum internally. Often we see these companies send more and more employees masterclass after masterclass.

Funding resources template

Over 60% of past participants have been reimbursed for their Masterclass ticket. While we can’t guarantee it, many companies provide employees reimbursement through a budget for continued learning. We have created an email template you can use to share the idea and get buy in from your manager.

These are the questions we get asked a lot

I have never done an online class. What am I getting exactly?

Our virtual master workshops are an experience, not just a Zoom call and slides. Our coaches have been delivering virtual workshops and training for years.

While hundreds of companies have built their businesses by teaching our tools and methodologies—nothing can compare to the real thing. Connect directly with the creators of the global standard in strategic innovation tools like the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, and authors of 5 best-selling business books in over 40 languages worldwide.

Training can be boring, entertaining, or just make you sound smart. Our focus is applicability. What can you do when you get back to work to get 10x results and make your time worth it.

We do virtual differently.

  • Highly active, hands-on simulations: not just theory, you’ll go through real-world simulations and sharpen skills you can demonstrate back at work.
  • Real-world examples of all sizes: see how companies from Fortune 100 to fast growing SME’s have implemented our proven methodology.
  • Network and learn with other innovators: meet like-minded professionals, expand your network and join the community of over 5 million people who use Strategyzer tools.

If you are still unsure or have questions, feel free to get in touch with our team by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.

Can I attend just part of a master workshop?

You can, but this is not recommended due to the interactive design of the master workshop and its many exercises done in breakout groups that won’t be recorded. However, included in part of your master workshop package will be access to a video recording of the workshop for 30 days after the master workshop finishes.

Please note that you will only receive the eCertificate and Letter of Completion if you attended at least 2 days in real-time.

Is the pre-learning course essential, how much time should be spent on this?

If you want to get the best out of the master workshop, you should complete the pre-learning course. You will then have the advantage of being familiar with the Strategyzer Platform and tools that we use - this will help you to actively participate in the exercises during the actual master workshop.

When does onboarding begin?

Given the nature of our online event, there are onboarding items to complete prior to the event to ensure you maximize your learning experience. We start this process approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the event. We will contact you via email with further instructions.

If I have a question, who can I ask?

Please send us an email at events@strategyzer.com. Once you have received access to the temporary Slack workspace there’s also a helpdesk channel where you can post your questions.

Are you able to provide invoices for purchases?

Yes, we would be happy to provide a proforma invoice if you are looking to purchase 5 or more tickets and are a registered legal entity/company. You are welcome to send us an email to events@strategyzer.com for further details. We will also provide detailed invoices to all registered participants upon completion of purchase.

Can I register for the master workshop on behalf of another individual?

Yes, however you will need to complete the registration with their information (i.e. First Name, Last Name & E-mail address) in order for them to receive all the crucial information prior, during, and after the master workshop.

Do you offer a group discount, and if so, how many tickets need to be purchased to qualify?

A 20% discount on a standard price ticket will apply to group bookings of 5 or more participants from the same company. This discount applies to both physical and virtual master workshops.

Should You Invest in Your Own Idea?

WEBINAR

Tendayi Viki and Alex Osterwalder shows you how to evaluate your business as an expert would — before you ask anyone else for money, time, or headcount.

Most teams can tell you how hard they've worked on an idea. Few can tell you how far it's actually come. Join Tendayi Viki, Senior Partner at Strategyzer, for a live session on mapping your business model, scoring the evidence behind your key assumptions, and benchmarking your real progress, the same method he uses inside teams at Fortune 500 companies.

Ask a team working on a new business idea how it's going, and you'll get a confident answer. Ask what evidence backs that confidence, and the room gets quieter.

That's not a knowledge problem. It's a measurement problem. Most teams track effort, meetings held, interviews logged, decks produced, instead of the thing that actually determines whether an idea will work: how much of it has been tested, and how much is still assumption.

Tendayi Viki has a story he tells often: give him an honest team in a room, and within a short session he can tell them exactly where their project stands, what's proven, what's missing, and where progress has quietly stalled. Not by guessing. By mapping the business model, listing the assumptions it depends on, and scoring the evidence behind each one.

That's the method this webinar teaches.

What you'll learn

By the end of this session, you'll be able to:

  • Map your business model and its key assumptions quickly — even mid-project, without starting from scratch.
  • Evaluate, assumption by assumption, how much real evidence you have — and see clearly where you're still relying on belief rather than proof.
  • Benchmark your progress objectively, so "we're making progress" becomes something you can show, not just say.

Who this is for

This session is for you if:

  • You're leading an innovation project, new venture, or business idea — inside a larger organization or on your own.
  • You already have a project underway. This isn't about generating new ideas; it's about honestly assessing the one you have.
  • You've had the feeling your team is busy, but you're not fully sure you're closer to something that actually works.
  • You're a product manager, founder, internal venture lead, strategy professional, or business designer who needs to report progress honestly — to yourself, your team, or your leadership.

Why Attend This Webinar

This isn't a generic session on innovation best practices. It's inspired from the diagnostic Tendayi runs live with teams, condensed into 60 minutes.

You won't leave with more theory. You'll leave with an early, honest picture of your own business model, the assumptions it rests on, and how much progress you've genuinely made, the same starting point Tendayi gives every team he works with in person.

This webinar teaches the thinking: how to map a business model, isolate its assumptions, and score the evidence behind them.

The Playbook - How Market-Ready Is Your Project? is how you apply it, a guided, step-by-step version of this method, powered by advanced platform,.

FAQ

  • Will there be a replay?
    • Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording, even if you cannot attend live. We send it after the live session.
  • Do I need prior knowledge of Strategyzer's tools to attend?
    • No. If you're already familiar with the Business Model Canvas, you'll move faster. If you're not, Tendayi will walk through what's needed as part of the session.
