Train with your team

After running hundreds of Masterclasses and workshops we’ve seen what it takes for companies to see results.

The most successful implementations often start with a team. Even 3-5 teammates learning together can create a common language and momentum internally. Often we see these companies send more and more employees masterclass after masterclass.

Funding resources template

Over 60% of past participants have been reimbursed for their Masterclass ticket. While we can’t guarantee it, many companies provide employees reimbursement through a budget for continued learning. We have created an email template you can use to share the idea and get buy in from your manager.

These are the questions we get asked a lot

I have never done an online class. What am I getting exactly?

Our virtual master workshops are an experience, not just a Zoom call and slides. Our coaches have been delivering virtual workshops and training for years.

While hundreds of companies have built their businesses by teaching our tools and methodologies—nothing can compare to the real thing. Connect directly with the creators of the global standard in strategic innovation tools like the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, and authors of 5 best-selling business books in over 40 languages worldwide.

Training can be boring, entertaining, or just make you sound smart. Our focus is applicability. What can you do when you get back to work to get 10x results and make your time worth it.

We do virtual differently.

  • Highly active, hands-on simulations: not just theory, you’ll go through real-world simulations and sharpen skills you can demonstrate back at work.
  • Real-world examples of all sizes: see how companies from Fortune 100 to fast growing SME’s have implemented our proven methodology.
  • Network and learn with other innovators: meet like-minded professionals, expand your network and join the community of over 5 million people who use Strategyzer tools.

If you are still unsure or have questions, feel free to get in touch with our team by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.

Can I attend just part of a master workshop?

You can, but this is not recommended due to the interactive design of the master workshop and its many exercises done in breakout groups that won’t be recorded. However, included in part of your master workshop package will be access to a video recording of the workshop for 30 days after the master workshop finishes.

Please note that you will only receive the eCertificate and Letter of Completion if you attended at least 2 days in real-time.

Is the pre-learning course essential, how much time should be spent on this?

If you want to get the best out of the master workshop, you should complete the pre-learning course. You will then have the advantage of being familiar with the Strategyzer Platform and tools that we use - this will help you to actively participate in the exercises during the actual master workshop.

When does onboarding begin?

Given the nature of our online event, there are onboarding items to complete prior to the event to ensure you maximize your learning experience. We start this process approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the event. We will contact you via email with further instructions.

If I have a question, who can I ask?

Please send us an email at events@strategyzer.com. Once you have received access to the temporary Slack workspace there’s also a helpdesk channel where you can post your questions.

Are you able to provide invoices for purchases?

Yes, we would be happy to provide a proforma invoice if you are looking to purchase 5 or more tickets and are a registered legal entity/company. You are welcome to send us an email to events@strategyzer.com for further details. We will also provide detailed invoices to all registered participants upon completion of purchase.

Can I register for the master workshop on behalf of another individual?

Yes, however you will need to complete the registration with their information (i.e. First Name, Last Name & E-mail address) in order for them to receive all the crucial information prior, during, and after the master workshop.

Do you offer a group discount, and if so, how many tickets need to be purchased to qualify?

A 20% discount on a standard price ticket will apply to group bookings of 5 or more participants from the same company. This discount applies to both physical and virtual master workshops.

How to talk to customers: a practical guide to customer interviews

WEBINAR
Dec. 4, 2024
4:00PM CET
1 hour

Free

A webinar with Alex Osterwalder, Tendayi Viki, and hosted by Carol Hill. Spaces are limited.

In today's digital age, we're surrounded by tools promising to reveal customer insights without ever speaking to a single person. Analytics, surveys, and AI-powered solutions all claim to eliminate the need for direct customer conversations. Yet, our experience working with hundreds of innovation teams shows that the most successful innovations still stem from genuine human interactions.

Why? Because while data tools can tell you what customers do, only direct conversations reveal why they do it. These crucial insights—the frustrations, workarounds, and unmet needs that spark innovation—emerge when you sit down and truly listen to your customers. But here's the challenge: knowing you need to talk to customers and knowing how to do it effectively are two different things.

If you're like many innovation practitioners we work with, you might find yourself struggling to get meaningful data from these essential conversations. Perhaps you're unsure about what questions to ask, or you end up with scattered information that's difficult to analyse. You know these conversations are valuable, but capturing and translating them into actionable insights feels overwhelming.

We understand these challenges. After years of guiding hundreds of teams through their innovation journeys, we've identified the common pitfalls that can derail even the most promising customer research efforts—and more importantly, how to overcome them.

Join us for this practical session where we'll share:

  • Real examples of interview challenges from our community of practitioners
  • Key principles for conducting interviews that yield actionable insights
  • A structured approach to planning and analysing customer conversations
  • Practical techniques to move past opinions and uncover concrete facts
  • How to transform scattered feedback into clear, actionable evidence

We'll also demonstrate how Strategyzer's proven methodology and tools can help you systematically capture and analyse customer insights, turning uncertainty into clarity.

Perfect for: Innovation practitioners, product managers, and team leaders who want to enhance their customer interview skills and gather more meaningful insights.

Register now to secure your spot and take the first step towards more effective customer conversations.
