Strategyzer Virtual Bootcamp - Terms & Conditions
As of September 2021
Participation in the Virtual Bootcamp shall be reserved to ticket holders, the participant substitutions or changes to other Strategyzer events shall not be allowed.
The tickets shall be refundable as follows:
Content and features may be added to or withdrawn from the Virtual Bootcamp at Strategyzer discretion.
Unless otherwise indicated, the presenters, Strategyzer and Wiley own copyright in the content, materials and tools presented, referenced and shared during the Virtual Bootcamp and in preparation for it. Virtual Bootcamp is to be viewed by the authorized participant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded, reproduced or distributed.
It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the facilities which comply with the technical requirements specified by the virtual training facility. Strategyzer shall not be held liable or have any obligation towards the participants to refund the ticket or otherwise, should the Virtual Bootcamp delivery be disrupted due to issues with the functionality of the virtual training facility or internet service provider experienced by the participants or the presenters.
The virtual training facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the Virtual Bootcamp session to be recorded. By joining a session, each participant consents to such recordings and confirms his/her understanding and consent that Strategyzer owns copyright in such recordings and is free to use it or any part of it at its discretion.
It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she does not include confidential, personal or other proprietary information in their submissions during the Virtual Bootcamp.
Strategyzer shall not be liable for any damages of any kind in any way resulting from or arising in connection with the Virtual Bootcamp or the failure to provide the Virtual Bootcamp.
Delivery of the Virtual Bootcamp and relationship between Strategyzer and the participants shall be governed by Swiss law without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any and all claims, causes of action or disputes arising out of or relating to the Virtual Bootcamp or the relationship between Strategyzer and the participants, shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Canton of Zürich, Switzerland.
The tickets shall be refundable as follows:
- up to 4 weeks before the 1st day of the Virtual Bootcamp: 100% of ticket price
- up to 2 weeks before the 1st day of the Virtual Bootcamp: 50% of ticket price
- less than 2 weeks before the 1st day of the Virtual Bootcamp: no refund
